Senior Network & Systems Administrator

Technical Operations Toronto, ON (Hybrid) $85,000 – $105,000 CAD

About the Role

Lead the technical delivery of managed IT services for our growing portfolio of Ontario clients. You'll be the primary technical escalation point, managing complex network environments, server infrastructure, and cloud migrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage client network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN)
  • Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Lead cloud migration projects to Azure and Microsoft 365
  • Provide Tier 3 technical escalation support for the helpdesk team
  • Conduct quarterly IT health reviews and produce client-facing reports
  • Mentor junior technicians and contribute to knowledge base documentation

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in MSP or enterprise IT environments
  • Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, or Azure equivalent)
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or Meraki networking
  • Experience with RMM tools (ConnectWise, Kaseya, or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of PIPEDA and cybersecurity best practices
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites in Ontario

Nice to Have

  • CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification
  • Experience with PHIPA or healthcare IT environments
  • French language proficiency
